Healthy Tantra collects and processes only the personal data necessary to provide healthcare, wellness, and related services through the Platform. Healthy Tantra does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users without human involvement. Push notifications are used exclusively for transactional and service-related communications. Push notifications are not used for advertising, promotional offers, or direct marketing purposes. You may manage push notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
Optional wellness tips, health reminders, and educational content may be delivered through the "Taara" notification feature. These are service-oriented wellness nudges, not promotional advertisements. You may enable or disable Taara notifications through your notification preferences within the Platform.

Healthy Tantra does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or control the professional judgment of healthcare professionals. Healthcare professionals are expected to maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable professional, ethical, and legal standards.

Healthy Tantra does not store personal health information or medical records in Apple iCloud or any Apple-managed cloud storage. Health and medical data is stored on Healthy Tantra's secured servers. On iOS devices, any locally cached app data is protected by the device's built-in encryption and is accessible only while the device is unlocked. Users are advised to enable device passcode or biometric authentication to protect locally stored app data.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Healthy Tantra supports account and data deletion directly within the app, as well as through email.
Initiating deletion within the app will submit a verified request to permanently delete your account record and all associated personal data that Healthy Tantra is not legally required to retain.
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted or once we have informed you of any applicable mandatory retention obligations.
